Service Description

Coaching begins with an interview to gather information about the client pertaining to his/her strengths, and areas of concern. From there, a plan of action is developed and put into place which may contain: daily goals, weekly goals, and long-range goals. Weekly progress is assessed through face-to-face meetings, phone calls, video calls or e-mails.
